How it works?

Our hibachi chef will cook on-site for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, delivering a full hibachi experience from start to finish.

Customers are responsible for providing and setting up tables, chairs, plates, and utensils before the chef arrives. Hibachi Family brings the cooking equipment, grill setup, and ingredients needed for the live hibachi cooking experience.

For parties of 30 adults or more, please book two separate reservations for the same date and time. This allows us to send two chefs and provide a smoother experience for larger groups.

A travel fee may apply depending on your event location.

We operate rain or shine, as long as there is a covered, dry area where the chef can safely cook.

FAQs

How much does your service cost?

Our service starts at $50 per person, with a minimum booking spend of $500. All fees are included, except for gratuity. We recommend a 20–25% gratuity based on the total bill. The amount may vary depending on your satisfaction with the chef.

Travel fees apply for locations beyond 50 miles. Certain areas, such as beaches or remote locations, may incur additional fees regardless of distance. Please confirm details with our booking manager based on your event address.

What time will the chef arrive?

The chef will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to reservation time. Our set up process is seamless and only takes a few minutes.

Do you set up tables and chairs ?

No, we don’t set up your tables and chairs. We provide the chef, grill, food and of course, great entertainment! Customers will provide utensils, drinks, and table setups.

Do you cook inside homes?

We can cook indoors, outdoors, parks, beaches, swimming pools

Do you cook with nuts or sesame products?

No , our food does not contain any nuts or sesame products. Please notify the booking agent of any other food allergy a customer may have.

Can you accommodate Gluten Free ?
