How it works?

Our hibachi chef will cook on-site for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, delivering a complete live cooking show from start to finish.

Customers are responsible for setting up tables, chairs, plates, and utensils before the chef arrives. Hibachi Family brings the cooking equipment, fresh ingredients, and everything needed for the mobile hibachi catering experience.

For parties of 30 adults or more, please book two separate reservations for the same date and time. This allows us to send two professional hibachi chefs and provide a smoother experience for larger groups.

A travel fee may apply depending on your event location.

We operate rain or shine, as long as there is a covered, dry, and safe area where the chef can cook.

How much does your service cost?

Our Service has a base price of $50 per person with a $500 minimum spend. All fees are included EXCEPT gratuity. Suggested gratuity is 20% of total bill.We don’t charge for travel fee within 50 miles New York, queens as the center New Jersey, Newark as the center Connecticut, New Haven as the center Massachusetts, Boston as the center

What time will the chef arrive?

The chef will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to reservation time. Our set up process is seamless and only takes a few minutes.

Do you set up tables and chairs ?

No, we don’t set up your tables and chairs. We provide the chef, grill, food and of course, great entertainment! Customers will provide utensils, drinks, and table setups.

Do you cook inside homes?

We can cook indoors, outdoors, parks, beaches, swimming pools

Do you cook with nuts or sesame products?

No , our food does not contain any nuts or sesame products. Please notify the booking agent of any other food allergy a customer may have.
