Planning your hibachi party is simple. Hibachi Family brings the chef, grill, ingredients, and the complete mobile setup to make your event smooth from start to finish.
The on-site cooking and service runs for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, giving your guests plenty of time to enjoy the show, the interaction, and a freshly cooked hibachi meal.
You’ll just need tables, chairs, plates/utensils, and drinks. We handle the rest—chef, grill, cooking tools, ingredients, and the live hibachi entertainment.
For 30 adults or more, please place two reservations for the same date and time. That allows us to schedule multiple chefs for faster service and a better flow.
We can still cook in light weather changes—just make sure there’s a dry, covered area available for the grill and chef station.

Our service starts at $50 per person, with a minimum booking spend of $500. All fees are included, except for gratuity. We recommend a 20–25% gratuity based on the total bill. The amount may vary depending on your satisfaction with the chef.
Travel fees apply for locations beyond 30 miles , with exceptions of beaches or remote locations, may incur additional fees regardless of distance. Please confirm details with our booking manager based on your event address.

Weather Conditions: If it rains, customers must provide a covered cooking area, such as a tent or patio, to keep the chef dry. If the weather is unsuitable, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
